Bio

Thomas J. Naughton, Ph.D.  is currently Associate Chair, Department of Business. Professor Naughton has taught undergraduate and graduate courses in both university and corporate settings. Courses taught include organization behavior, organization design and theory, change management, and leadership of technical organizations among others. His teaching and research interests include leadership, team building, and cross-functional collaboration. He has published in the leading journals in management including Journal of Management, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Human Relations, Journal of Vocational Behavior, and Leadership Quarterly.
